Application answers, contact details, verification outcomes, in-platform messages, and — only during an active journey and only if you enable it — location data shared with the safety team.
We do not request identity documents through ordinary web forms. Verification is handled through a separate, secured process.
Only the small internal team required to review, support or protect you. There is no public member directory, and profile visibility is controlled by the member.
Location data is accessible to the safety team only, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is retained only as long as necessary.
You may withdraw an application, close your membership, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
